Update: I called this morning and spoke with Neyda. She has kept her word and kept me informed on all progress of getting this mess sorted out. She has been proactive and helpful in speaking with my previous insurance company to ensure no lapse in coverage has occurred and cancelled the new policy for refund. Once the refund has been processed and it is confirmed I did not have any lapses in coverage, I will update my rating again. Cyntia excluded my daughter from my new policy quote without asking me. At the same time she canceled my old policy before ensuring the new policy was 100% correct, so I could not even just remain with my original company. When I pointed out what she did, she quoted me an additional down payment of $200 and a monthly rate increase of $300 per month or suggested I cancel the new policy knowing I wouldn’t have insurance on my cars effective tomorrow morning if I had accepted the cancellation and refund. My daughter just got her permit and now I cannot allow her to drive my car to log the required hours to get her driver’s license and I have lost my continued customer discount with my previous policy all because she did not ask a crucial question.
