I go here from time to time. Sometimes I find good clothes & such, and sometimes I don’t. It’s a hit or miss, but honestly I just like wandering in here cause the place is big and I get some steps in.

I've been visiting this store for a few years and have always noticed a couple of people waiting for the employees to bring out merchandise so they could pick the items first and resell them in Mexico. Today, it was even more frustrating — we went to pick up some items, and they told us, 'Oh no, someone has a pile of things,' even though those items weren't separated; they were just on a rack. It was really disappointing. Additionally, I saw that some of these items were being reserved for resale, which I find quite upsetting. I feel that the management could do a much better job. Unfortunately, I won't be coming back.

I like classier nicer finer things in life and so it's difficult for me to find them because I'm very picky and I care about style. My mother raised me to be that way and my grandmother was the management head manager of all tailoring and alterations for the three Nordstroms in San Diego. So it is important to me and the fact that I'm able to find those things here with the dry cleaning tags still on them that says something. And also I can send things to my son. My son is intelligent, he has a good eye.

I really like this thrift store. My parents have been taking me here since I was six or seven, and they would always be satisfied with the things they got. Not only are the suits, pants, jackets, and shoes affordable, but they're also really good in quality. I absolutely enjoy going here.
