I had the most amazing, professional, and considerate experience with Amy. She was able to make me look natural and beautiful on my wedding day, which lasted many hours. Amy did both my hair and make up. Amy was considerate of my needs, including any skin sensitivities I have, and listened thoughtfully to how I wanted to look on my special day. I've had poor experiences with professional make up in the past for important occasions, and my experience with Amy put all that behind me. She uses high quality products, is efficient and thorough. Amy comes with many years of experience and is very communicative. I highly recommend her for any special occasion for hair & makeup.
Amy was such an amazing artist to work with! She and her team were so knowledgeable and friendly as they did hair and makeup for my bridesmaids and I, and we couldn't have been happier with how everything turned out. Everything stayed perfectly in place the whole day and we all felt beautiful!
Amy H did an excellent job for my bridal hair and makeup. She was very kind and understanding. Her team arrived on time during the wedding day and worked efficiently. In fact, they finished earlier then I anticipated so we had plenty of time to relax and eat our food as well. Amy made sure the makeup she did was to my liking and was happy to make adjustments when I mentioned it. The make up lasted the entire wedding day and I only needed to do a tiny touchup after the photoshoot session. Would definitely recommend her if you are looking for a makeup artist for your wedding. Her team also did an excellent job with my bridesmaid hair and makeup.
Amy and her team were amazing to work with! They did my wedding makeup, and the makeup for my bridesmaid and my mom. They tailored the makeup to each girl and they all looked and felt gorgeous. I absolutely loved working with them, and they were so understanding when I did not like my initial trial and they gave me exactly what I wanted on my wedding day. I would recommend them to any bride! I’ll probably even reach out to them if I have an event I want makeup for!
Amy is a professional and was great to communicate and work with! As the bride, I had my hair and makeup done by her and her team, and I also gifted her services for my 5 bridesmaids, my mother, and mother-in-law. We did a trial almost a year in advance, but I always felt like Amy remembered me and followed up with what I wanted on my wedding day. She checked in to make sure my bridesmaids and I brought inspo pics if we had any specific styles we wanted for our hair and makeup. My wedding was peak fall wedding season in SoCal, and Amy was able to make me feel prioritized and beautiful on my big day on 9/21/24! The morning getting ready with her and her team was actually one of my favorite parts of the day (and the least stressful). I would highly recommend to other brides, and especially anxious ones like me (aren't we all?)! She has great mom energy and I felt taken care of - she made sure I could sneak in a bagel and lots of water while she was doing my makeup. She gave my maid of honor a little touch up kit to help maintain my makeup in-between big moments like the ceremony and the reception. Thank you Amy!
