I have had numerous times as off today am not calling anymore 1:39pm - been calling today since this morning straight to music then sounds like someone pick it up and doesn’t say nothing them hang -up what king of business doesn’t … haven’t started doing business with them but with that it means , I will never get someone to talk to invading a problem .. bye

My father has been doing taxes with this office for several years. He is currently being audited by the IRS for the past three consecutive years. When he received his audit notice, he reached out to Ana Garza’s office for assistance. Ana and her staff have been unprofessional and unhelpful throughout the process. I believe that this office did not properly file my father’s taxes and my father assumed that they knew what they were doing. We have made a couple of attempts to schedule an appointment AFTER the appointment that was cancelled due to the government shutdown with the office. I rescheduled the first appointment a day in advance. Ana rescheduled the second appointment one hour before our appointment time. During our conversations, I feel Ana is trying to intimidate my father and me and just blatantly does not want to help resolve the issue that she created. I strongly recommend taking your business somewhere else.

This was our first year getting our taxes done by Mrs. Ana Garza. We had previously been with our agent for 5 years and decided to give this place a shot since it was referred by a friend. We met with Mrs. Garza whom assured us with our needs. She was very nice and gave us great advise to grow in our plans with investment properties. Great service that is not easily acquired now and days is what we received. Great job!!!!

I have known Ana Garza for over 20 years. She has been doing my business & personal taxes for at least the past 10 years if not longer. I have referred many people for their business & personal tax returns and I have never heard any complaints. They are professional and timely where communication is concerned.
