This is a wonderful place to meditate. I visit this temple often. My kids live this place too. They teach kroya yoga and they are from Swami yogananda lineage. The temple leaders, volunteers are kind, welcoming and helpful. Sunday services are on every week. Yoga classes are happening, schedule on their website. I volunteer for gardening, cooking for community events, it's definitely divine experience. I definitely recommend this place for a great spiritual experience 🙏
Ananda is a unique organization that offers a little bit of everything - spiritual community gatherings, yoga, workshops, and their bookstore (East-West Books & Gifts in Edmonds) has a curated selection of spiritual and conscious media. My experience has primarily been with their yoga. The instructors of Ananda are kind, diligent, adept, and safety oriented. If you are inclined towards nondual teachings, yoga, or even crystals - this is a great place to explore. Also - the org itself is largely volunteer run and the people are very dharma-oriented; so when one purchases a service or good from them, it is not making a billionaire richer, but instead being used in meaningful ways. Lastly, I have felt welcomed and cared for in their space. I have reverence and gratitude for the privilege of being able to access such a place. Thank you! 10/10 ⭐️
what makes Ananda unique as a fellowship is that it is like a workshop in which you can participate on any level, truly come as you are, and meet very gentle, creative, and playful people. That’s why I’m giving it 5 stars.
Ananda is a spiritual hive where I share the honey of devotion with all through service and meditation. Since finding Ananda, my life is more meaningful with a better defined spiritual goal.
Besides the many opportunities to grow spiritually here at Ananda, I enjoy the community spirit. It is filled with joyful friendship. Sharon T.
