Anchor Point was highly recommended to us and they lived up to the hype! We just purchased our first house here in Chicago and were concerned about the condition of our roof. We knew our sunroom had experienced significant water damage over time and discovered some soft spots on the roof. Anchor Point came out for a free inspection and confirmed that our sunroom roof needed to be replaced (but the rest of our roof was in good shape! Whew!) They answered all of our questions and worked with us to schedule around weather interruptions. Their communication with us was EXCELLENT. My contact person, Ever, kept me updated with shipping details regarding the materials and photos as the project got started. They completed the project in about 6 hours start to finish. We love our new roof and look forward to working with Anchor Point again when we eventually replace the rest of our roof.

Jim and Ever and the entire Anchor Point crew were fantastic. I never expected to experience this level of customer service for my roof repair in Chicago. Excellent communication before, during, and after the work. Great use of tech and tools to help frame the issues with my roof, share repair options, and show the final work. The team was hard working, respectful, did an excellent job on the roof, and also kept to the promised timeline. I selected Anchor Point because my neighbor used them and raved about them, and I would tell anyone else considering a roof repair or replacement to go with Anchor Point.

Anchor Point Roofing provided an outstanding experience from start to finish. We interviewed six different roofing companies, and Anchor Point was by far the most compelling choice. Jim Copenhaver, the owner, was incredibly responsive, immediately answering all our questions and even encouraging further inquiries. Ever and the crew were fantastic, and even though I had to travel during the installation (June of 2025), my wife had a phenomenal experience with the installation crew. The roof looks amazing. The drone videos and photos were world-class, and we are very pleased with how the brilliant black shingles look on our home. Jim's consultative approach helped us match the color of the shingles with our home's exterior. Jim even went the extra mile to refer us to previous clients so we could see firsthand the fruits of Anchor Point's labor. The team's professionalism and clear communication truly made a difference. We highly recommend Anchor Point Roofing!

We had a complete tear off and roof replacement done by Anchor recently and had an amazing experience from start to end. They were timely in answering any and all questions, and they moved our project along quickly. They were up front and fair with their costs. We received a few different quotes, but the quality of shingles they use surpassed others. My father-in-law is a contractor, and we ran the quote and inspection report by him as well to do some double-checking on top of our research. He also believed the quote was fair and agreed with their inspection findings (based on photos). We did not feel pressure to replace our roof - they were meticulous in their inspection, and we appreciated the phots and time it took to point out issues to us. Other contractors were quick to say we needed a replacement without backing that statement up with specifics. The replacement was fast and efficient. They also came back the next day to show us photos and, answer questions. They gave us updates throughout the process, including pointing out when we needed to replace a board on our roof deck. They utilized a drone to accomplish this, which was really cool. We are very happy with the results and know the shingles they used are top notch. The shingles are high enough quality that we should be able to get a discount on our home owners insurance that we will be seeking. We are about a few weeks into the new roof with a few heavy downpours and have had no issues. Highly recommend!

We had a fantastic experience with Jim and Jesus’s team at Anchor Point. They are very knowledgeable and thorough and took the time to ensure our roof was done properly. We have had other masons/workers come to do other things and all have commented on the quality of our roof. We had our roof surveyed by 8 teams across Chicagoland and anchor point stood out as being the most honest. Very communicative about concerns or questions. Thank you so much! Highly recommend.
