Dr Aaron and the team have been amazing. I came in for a spinal check up and basic maintenance. Had 3 weeks of treatment from Aaron and I feel great. Posture much better. Would highly recommend

Josh has been a hero, working through all of the pain points with a solid plan of action that has me actually seeing results. And extra bonus that he's a really lovely human too. After hearing nothing but good things about the team, I decided to book an appointment. I have been suffering with no feeling in my thumb, index and middle fingers on my left have for over 25 years. I have now been attending the clinic for 2 months, and with regular adjustments by Abbie and a massage, I now have about 70% feeling back. I am continuing with treatment at the moment so hopefully I should get even more feeling back. The team here are amazing, the are all very friendly and pit you at ease. You are given a full breakdown after each assessment and I can see a visual improvement in my posture and other pains have also disappeared. Abbie has done a fantastic job and is always willing to chat make you feel very welcome and at ease. All the staff are fantastic and I highly recommend them.

The team are really friendly, feel listened to and there’s a genuine sense of care. Josh is great at explaining things and in a short space of time (a month) I’ve got significant improvement in resolving issues with my neck and shoulders. Massages with Titina have also helped with easing muscle tension and tightness and again, always explains what’s going on and always finds the bits that hurt the most (in the best way). Would highly recommend the team.
