A very tiny coffee shop in downtown LA that serves craft coffee. Really enjoyed the pour over selections here! I've tried both the Guatemala and Brazil beans, and both are so tasty and delicious! Some coffee lovers hangout right outside of the shop with a couple of benches to enjoy the morning. It's quiet, but provides for such a lovely atmosphere in the middle of the hustle and bustle of Los Angeles.

We intended to go to Mai Tea two doors down but they have the oddest hours. We had passed right by and my friend commented on how he hadn’t had a good cup of coffee in a while so we pivoted. I walked in and saw the menu and said “I’ve definitely seen this place on Instagram before.” Their menu is pretty customizable and there are some elevated versions of classic drinks. I got an iced latte, and the latte was kind of milky and didn’t have a particularly strong flavor profile. My friend got a pastry but it was dry and not heated enough so I’d pass on that.

Andante is my favorite coffee shop! I go there almost every morning the customer service is always amazing the coffee is delicious and Jay is such a cool dude. I always enjoy chatting with him super friendly and makes the best Spanish latte!

Coffee is great, top notch. A little inconsistent - it tasted different today yesterday, and the foam on the cappuccino is less today. Jay is a great barista. Only paper cups and a minimal sitting area in front - for two small groups. This part of Grand is not the best

I've lived in downtown for over 30 years, and this is easily the best coffee shop in the area. The coffee is consistently top-quality, and the service is outstanding—especially from Jay, who is always friendly, kind, and brings a great energy to the space. The shop is small but cozy, with a welcoming vibe that makes you want to stay. It's also dog-friendly, with treats always available for your furry companions—a thoughtful touch. Overall, a warm, inviting spot with great coffee and even better people. Highly recommended.
