Andrea is truly a pleasure to work with. Before finding her, I worked my way through five different CPA firms and never once had a return completed without being on extension. I consistently lacked clear guidance, struggled with compliance, and never felt confident that everything required to complete my returns accurately and on time was fully understood or communicated. Andrea resolved all of that immediately. In one step, she brought clarity, organization, and confidence to what had previously been a frustrating and stressful process. She now handles not only my personal returns but all of my business accounts as well. Andrea and her office operate at an exceptionally high level. Her staff is excellent, responsive, and organized. As a result, we are able to have every return processed and filed early—typically finalized by the end of February and certainly well before March is over. We are never anywhere near April. That early completion brings real peace of mind. I can move forward with the year knowing the prior year is fully closed, compliant, and behind me. Andrea is consistently available, answers questions quickly, and provides clear, practical guidance. I genuinely could not say better things about her or her team.

I’ve used Andrea and her office for years to file my taxes. They are prompt, professional, and I have always had a great experience with them. I also use Matt for my retirement planning. They are all great. If you are not using them, you should be 😊.

My spouse/business partner and I went in to see Andrea for the first time on 10/4/2024. We own a couple of different businesses and had so many questions. Andrea laid everything out for us and gave us real-world examples. We came out of that meeting with many ideas for how to structure the businesses going forward and what to do to save money regarding college tuition for my daughter. We have already scheduled our next meeting to get into the details of what to do next.

I had a great experience with Andrea Ward for my first meeting with the firm. For a nominal professional services fee, I had a very productive meeting in which all my questions were answered. Andrea is both a great listener and presenter. She is very personable. The firm makes use of Zoom video call convenience for meetings, at the client’s option, or will meet in person for those that prefer doing that. She also uses all the latest office technologies including a secure client portal ensuring very secure document uploads. 2FA and MFA are available, so be sure to opt in for that. I noticed that the portal is hosted by Drake which is a well-established tax software firm popular with professional tax preparers for many years. I already feel really confident that the Andrea Ward CPA firm will easily handle my complicated income tax situation that includes an estate income tax return and a trust income tax return.

Andrea was amazing and very knowledgeable about every tax situation. She was patient, genuine and honest in addressing every question I had which I had a ton.
