Went to the one in Glendale with my parents and my son. We had an absolute blast. We each raced 3 times. Ate a couple of appetizers. Highly recommend the giant pretzel! The adult cars are very fast! There was so many things to do there we just didn't have the time for everything. I'll definitely be back next time I'm in town!

We attended a birthday party yesterday and had an amazing experience from start to nearly the very end. Unfortunately, two employees’ unprofessional behavior completely overshadowed what should have remained a 5-star visit. While taking photos near the Andretti sign by the bowling desk, we specifically asked the employee on the left if it was okay to do so, and she confirmed that it was not a problem. A short time later, another employee—who was unaware that permission had already been given—walked directly in front of us while we were taking photos, without saying “excuse me,” and abruptly told us to stop because we were behind her workspace. To clear up the confusion, my friend and I approached both employees calmly. While one employee apologized, the other stated that her behavior was due to being on her menstrual cycle. We were completely taken aback by this response. Personal matters are never an appropriate explanation for being rude or dismissive toward customers. This interaction was incredibly disappointing and unnecessary. Our families truly had an awesome time overall, and the birthday party host was phenomenal. However, the experience was unfortunately soured at the very moment we were trying to capture memories of a special occasion. What should have been a 5-star experience ended as a 1-star due solely to the lack of professionalism displayed during this interaction.

Came for a team-building event. It was a great time; we had a catered room with desserts, pizzas, and sliders. All the food was great, well above expectations. The games on the floor were also pretty good. I ended up with a few stuffies. The real attraction is the racing. The karts are really fast at your leisure. I just wish there was more time on the track, but I'm guessing that's what everyone wants also! Overall, a really great experience.

Andretti was my son's second stop for his birthday. Absolutely AMAZING staff and professional! Chef Reese, Dajah, and Mari were great. They were extremely attentive and we wanted for nothing! The food was delicious, hot and fresh. It's a great place for birthday parties. We look forward to planning more parties with Andretti in the future! Thank you for everything 💙

First time at this location, I have been to the other one pretty fun place came for a company bonding trip. I think the only problem I had with this place is we had somebody who had a broken go kart for most of his race and then was put into another go kart that was broken and so he basically only got to ride for two minutes and all of us had to ride in slow motion most of the time so I felt like they kinda wasted our money for that part they should’ve extended our time out due to those Facts and with how much money you spend, yeah you bet some of us were complaining about it bartenders was slow too there was only one for a decently packed crowd I don’t know if they did changes for all locations in general or if it’s just with this new one, but they do not let you carry around alcoholic drinks past the bar area that was so stupid they even have the cupholders all around the arcade place, so like why? Chandler location allowed it
