I’ve consulted Andrew multiple times and each experience has been exceptional. Most recently, I sold my home which initially was a private sale, and Andrew was incredibly knowledgeable and responsive—even when I reached out on a weekend. He also assisted with my home purchase, offering clear advice on title caveats and ensuring a smooth transaction. On possession day, he communicated promptly when funds were received and transferred.
