From the moment I slipped and broke my foot on ice and my life came to a halt, I had to make a decision if I was going to let the insurance company offer me a settlement or obtain legal counsel to get what I should be getting for the type of injury I had. I called the biggest firm that’s on the television all the time for bodily injury suits and was so thrown off and mistreated by them from my very first phone call I almost decided not to even go through an insurance company. He understood that someone who worked two jobs and was taking care of her mother, and who had been a single mom with three kids, whose life was always busy and on the go ….had come to a complete halt. So not only was there the pain involved with the break and the surgery I was about to have, but there was the devastation and the depression that I went into of suddenly being dependent on other people, and having to absolutely slow down and do nothing, And wonder who was gonna help with my mother.
