This was the most pleasant atmosphere the people were so nice the place was super clean you know when you walk in some groomers you instantly smell the animals not here you don't and they did just what I asked and treated my dogs as if they were their own I highly recommend them to anyone

I've changed groomers due to my dog being mistreated at a previous groomer. I took her to animal arc once prior and it was an amazing experience maybe her second visit was bad because Darlene cut her right underneath her eye when I called to ask about it I was told to come back so she can take a look at it because she couldn't believe she cut her ! When I got back to the clinic we were asked why were we there and I said to speak with Darlene and the young man at the front desk was very rude (11/4/25) When my dog seen Darlene she immediately started shaking and hiding from Darlene and whining . I asked her did she see the cut when we left and she still continued to say she might have so I asked for the manager she thought I wasn't going to come back and that it would be brushed away. She finally admitted that she did cut my dogs eye and continued to not take accountability. Darlene goes on to say she’s seen bigger cuts and it wasn't that bad no sympathy or pure intentions at all I did not want my money back. I genuinely just wanted an explanation and was concerned due to her acting, oblivious on the phone and once I returned, she was very rude.Becky is the manager and was very kind and understanding (even offered a credit) but I just rather not have my dog somewhere that makes both of us uneasy . Apologies were accepted and we left

We love Animal Ark! We have been using boarding, grooming, and doggie-daycare services here for more than a decade and have had no problems whatsoever. We feel our dogs are cared for on a personal level that surpasses basic customer service.

Four dogs I have loved have been boarders at Animal Ark when I travel to visit family. The last two, Buckwheat and Millie have also been regular campers during the week. They have been well treated and loved by the staff. They were not fearful when dropped off for boarding because they knew they would be in camp during weeks they were staying at the Ark. I don’t feel guilty about leaving my pet in their care. My current dog Millie is always excited to be there! Thanks to Dakota, Mira, and Brianne and others and all those who preceded them! We love Animal Ark!

Everyone at Animal Ark is so amazing and friendly. Mazie loves going there and playing with all her friends. Especially when they have the pools filled…to say she is a water baby is an understatement. Staff is extremely interactive and creative with the activities they plan. Friends and family have all seen the photos and can’t believe they do a better job than most child day cares. But hey they are our fur babies too! We are counting down the days for her to heal from surgery and be able to come back.
