They seem to run out of routine vaccines frequently. I had an appointment scheduled a few weeks ago for a routine checkup to renew vaccines so they can continue to see the groomer. A couple hours before the appointment I was notified they ran out of the vaccines my dogs need. This isn’t the first time this has happened. Now I have to cancel their grooming appointment, find a new vet because I’m over this, and deal with the skin rashes my dog is going to develop from missing his grooming appointment.

I brought my 12-week-old puppy here for his vaccines. First appointment went great, and they scheduled me for his boosters. I took him in the second time, trusting that when they took him to the back, he was getting his proper round of vaccines, but it turns out they forgot to give him his Bordetella. They called me, and I brought him back. I asked if we were done with vaccines or if we needed to schedule more, and they told me he was fully vaccinated and to wait two weeks before taking him out. I waited the two weeks and then called just to confirm that it was safe to take him out, and they assured me he was. However, I still waited another week just to be safe and I took him on a couple of walks. I was talking to my co worker who happens to have a puppy from the same litter and he told me his puppy got three doses of the distemper vaccine, so I immediately called this vet back to ask about that, and they told me he was fine and was fully vaccinated. After more and more research, I kept seeing the distemper vaccine in puppies should be given in three doses, so I called back and asked why my puppy only got two, and they couldn’t give me an answer but promised to call me the next day, but they did not reach out. I had to call them myself the next day an hour before they closed to follow up, and I was told that there was a mistake and he did in fact need that third dose! I understand it was a mistake, but never did I receive an apology, nor did they try to make it right when I brought it up more than once! The least they could have done was reach out like they said they would. My puppy was exposed due to their negligence. I trusted them with his care, and they couldn’t care less. Definitely taking him somewhere else for his third booster and for all future care!

They have been our pet vet for years but this last time when I arrived at appointment time there was nobody at the reception i sat and waited for over 5 minutes the girl came out and just looked at me didn’t even say anything until I said Hi we have an appointment then just kept me waiting for almost 45 minutes to even get my information. I had another appointment and let them know and they did not care just said it will still be a few minutes. They just made me feel as if my time and my pet was not important. The girl finally took my dog and came back out in less than 5 minutes and said they checked her out already and just asked for payment didn’t even gave me any information on how my pet is doing and of course the technician not even in sight how can I know they even looked at her. Horrible service I don’t think I am coming back I am just so disappointed.
