I have used this place many years ago with my previous dog. Now I have a new puppy and desperately need care on the days that we work. Facility has very strict vaccination and fecal test policies, which I appreciate. It took me 2 months to get all the requirements met to be able to qualify for an "assessment visit " . Finally got a call back and talked to a front desk person only to find out that they won't even consider evaluating my puppy. He's a 9 months old and has expressed some reluctant behaviors ( growling) when getting food taken away from him . I'm working with a trainer and he's consistent with the "drop" command as long as you are able to offer him a treat as a reward. I only need to use them for daycare so no feeding would be involved. They refused to even evaluate him because of that. I'm very frustrated because I spent 2 months getting all the records they requested when I could have been looking for a place that can accommodate his needs while he's in training. The information of behaviors that can immediately disqualify dogs from being considered should be clearly displayed on their website so people don't waste their time getting the long list of vaccines and fecal records only to find out they can't enroll their pup.

My dog is newer to daycare, and boy oh boy it has made such a difference in his life! I can tell he loves it, and the staff are the best. It's like his own personal Cheers - everybody knows his name. He's done one night of overnight boarding so far, and I have another reservation on the books. My guy has a fair amount of specific Rx needs and they don't bat an eye. Truly appreciate the care that this team has for their 4-legged clients! You can feel the love. Edited to add: June 2025 - The team offered optional Pride photos as a daycare add-on a couple of days this month. BOY OH BOY these are the sweetest photos and made my day/month/week! Thank you!!

Took our Golden to the splash pad night. They had the nicest facility!! So much room for the dogs to run around in, very clean and no broken toys/furniture. My golden had so much fun and I will definitely be signing her up for a day care session.

Great place to take your dog for day care or swim fun. I've taken my bullmastiff to day care and open swim. She lived both and came home tired and happy. Bit expensive buy you're paying for good care of your dog. I really appreciate that they screen your pet and have separation of different temperaments. Open swim in wknds is great and pretty cheap at $10 per dog. I highly recommend and will be back often. They have boarding service too, but I've never used it.
