Brought my boyfriends cat here today because her usual vet is closed today, and she was scratching raw patches in her fur so she needed to be seen. I will ABSOLUTELY be switching her care to this clinic. From the tech who showed me to the room and gave her a preliminary look over, to the incredible doctor who saw her. Everyone was gentle with my cat, knowledgeable and very very kind. The doctor gave me information about fleas that I didn’t know, and I am so glad I know now! Cannot recommend highly enough. Will be telling everyone I know that has pets to go here.
Saddened to say I have to report this Vet to the Texas Board of Veterinary Medical Examiners for negligence and completely missing an issue with my pets bloodwork. Took my pet in for the purpose of a wellness check and to do full panel tests. When the results came I was told there were no issues and all his levels were fine. Fast forward to now, he goes in for bloodwork at a different vet and they report high levels indicating potentials liver issues. I ask for the results from garland to forward to the new vet to see trends and I notice his levels were way over the limit back then too. But nothing was communicated. My dog now has potentially gone almost a year with undiagnosed liver issues simply because this practice did not bother to read the results and tell me this? It took me no time at all to determine it was beyond the range after reading it myself. Very concerning a simple thing like bloodwork is not properly handled with care.
Your staff is exceptional and caring. Julien attended to my dog in a caring a professional manner. He made my dog feel calm while he administered his vaccine.
I had such a great experience here! Ellie had a red bump inside her top eyelid, and the vet was amazing. They got us in for a same-day appointment and prescribed antibiotics for her eye. Within three days, the bump was completely gone! The service was fantastic, and they even texted me the next day to check on how Ellie was doing. I’ve never been to a vet that’s so caring and attentive. I usually go to Pet Mobile, but after this experience, I’ll definitely be coming here from now on. Highly recommend!
This is our regular clinic, and we took our 9 mo. old puppy to be spayed. The doctor & staff here have been in tune to our specific pet and her needs from Day 1, and yesterday was no different. The staff clearly explained what to do & expect for her in the days to come, as well as what to look out for and when to contact the office throughout her recovery. Each one of them answered our questions & concerns with patience and detail. Dr. Edwards came out to make sure we were set to take her home with confidence for healthy healing. The warm people in this office clearly love animals and their good health - they also look out for us "parents" as well! Dr. E & staff will always be our go-to for our baby's best life possible!
