I hired Anna Fong Design for website work related to my publishing business. Throughout the project, I repeatedly followed up via email and text to confirm progress and whether my messages had been reviewed. Responses were often delayed or unclear. I was later informed by email that the site was complete and asked to review it. Upon review, I found that only a small portion of the requested work had been implemented, with several key items missing. When I raised these concerns, I was told additional time was still needed, which conflicted with earlier statements that the work was finished. Based on my experience and documented communications, I chose not to continue the project.
I have worked with Anna for several years now on a variety of projects. Most notably my personal training website which she built and had up and running in a matter of days. She is always responsive to communication and her work is awesome. Thanks Anna!
