I’ve worked with Anna for several years across different projects, starting with my personal training website and continuing as my business grew and needed updates. What stood out to me early on was that Anna took the time to actually understand what I needed instead of rushing through things. We discussed the scope, timing, and priorities before work started, and that made the process much smoother. Like with any real project, there were revisions and adjustments along the way. Whenever I asked for changes or refinements, Anna addressed them and explained what was realistic within the agreed scope. The site was functional, launched properly, and continued to work as intended after launch. I hired Anna Fong Design for website work related to my publishing business. Throughout the project, I repeatedly followed up via email and text to confirm progress and whether my messages had been reviewed. Responses were often delayed or unclear. I was later informed by email that the site was complete and asked to review it. Upon review, I found that only a small portion of the requested work had been implemented, with several key items missing. When I raised these concerns, I was told additional time was still needed, which conflicted with earlier statements that the work was finished. Based on my experience and documented communications, I chose not to continue the project.
