Such a pretty store, beautiful clothes beautiful gifts and beautiful cards. The staff is always so helpful too! Last minute shopping for a dress to wear to wedding I was so overwhelmed because I didn’t plant ahead. The associate picked options for me to try and chose the perfect dress for me!

I've recently started purchasing dresses from Anna Grace but after this last one I've completely lost my faith in this company and will be thinking twice before making another purchase. This dress I bought was "on sale" for $72. I've worn it twice and if you look at it wrong or breath in its direction it piles and pulls the fabric out. I've never purchased anything from shien but I imagine even fast fashion holds up better than this dress. So Incredibly disappointed but glad I didn't sink more money into this shop, especially in this enconomy. If I want clothes that literally fall apart with the first and second wear I'll buy something from shein or temu.

I purchased two dresses, one I was uncertain about. I did not read the store policy, and it was not explained to me at the time of purchase. The next morning, I attempted to return the unworn dress with the tags still attached. The owner was unkind, curt, argumentative, unfriendly, unpleasant; and she refused the return. She explained that returning a $62 dress would gravely impact her business. I will never shop there again. Buyer be warned!

There's a nice offering of good quality clothing, with some beautiful accessories (jewelry, handbags, etc.) I really appreciate that Anna Grace regularly stocks a variety of Matt & Nat products. I always try my best to purchase them from here first, before ordering online.
