We cannot say enough good things about Chelsea and her team that just helped us with the sale of our home and buying our forever home. From start to finish, the entire experience was seamless, professional, and shockingly fast (in the best way). Our home sold in record time, and that is entirely thanks to the thoughtful strategy Chelsea and her team put together. The quality of the presentation was outstanding—from gorgeous photography and stunning video footage to a smart, well-orchestrated plan for showings, an open house, and strong social media presentation. They guided us towards getting our house ready to sell and made it look amazing - all resulting in us getting a price we were thrilled to sell for. Communication was another huge standout. We were kept in the loop constantly and never once felt unsure about what was happening or what the next step would be. You can tell this group is a well-oiled machine. Chelsea herself was a dream to work with. She fought hard for what we wanted in negotiations, protected our interests, and made sure we were getting a great deal—all while remaining transparent, kind, and fair to the other buyers/sellers. This includes navigating some colorful personalities on the buying side with total professionalism. She knew exactly when to move quickly, how to keep the dialog calm, and how to keep everything on track so we could land our dream home. Buying and selling a home is stressful, but Chelsea and her team (shout out Nikki, Kat, Ashley!) managed the entire process flawlessly and efficiently. We are endlessly grateful for their expertise, dedication, and care. 10/10 recommend.

My wife and I just went through a sale and purchase process and felt supported and informed by the Anna K Team every step of the way! Nicky Nixon our closing manager & Ashley our visual strategist prepped us for success from day 1. Can’t say enough about our realtor Ryan Todd (who I’ve worked with before as a first time buyer) who supported us every step of the way on both the sale & purchase side. Our conversations always felt like friendship & never “just business.” He’s willing to have honest conversations to set you up for success. Once under contract Kat Crampton, our Closing Acct Mgr reached out frequently with updates, next steps, & celebratory emails. Love this group & would 100% recommend to anyone!

My Fiancee and I loved working with Jess on the Anna K team to find our first home! We were able to find a house we both loved within 2 weeks of working with Jess. The resources this team has to help match buyers with new homes is really next level. Jess and the entire Anna K team were incredibly supportive and helpful as we worked to close on our new home. Despite a seller-induced prolonged closure on the new home, Jess helped go to bat for us to negotiate closing delays so both parties were happy! Could not be happier with Jess, and will definitely be recommending friends of ours to work with her and the Anna K Intown team!

5 stars! As first time homebuyers, we had SO MANY questions that would have driven anyone crazy, but Chelsea, the Anna K team and every one of the service providers they recommended were so patient with us and provided expert knowledge – making us feel confident in our purchase throughout every step in the process. We felt lucky to have Chelsea’s experience & expertise in the due diligence & negotiation process. Overall, felt super heard and supported to make the best possible decision for ourselves. Elizabeth and Nikki with Anna K made my sale, dare I say, easy. From scheduling and organizing furniture stagers, painters, and repairs to managing paperwork, they were a dream team. In a fairly stagnant market, we got 6 offers at or above asking and ended up selling $25k over! They were always on top of communication and I could rest easy knowing they had my best interest at heart. This is my second experience with the Anna K team and I’d recommend them without any reservations.
