Terrible customer service. Liars. They charged me $60 to deliver soil, mulch and plants I purchased. Promised they’ll be delivered at 3pm Saturday. After several texts, they left a vm that they’re having car problems and they would deliver the next morning. Then they called at 4 and said it was fixed and that they’ll deliver shortly. Never heard from them. This morning, they’re closed and no one answers or responds to text. Meanwhile, I had hired people to move the first and plant the plants Saturday afternoon. He’d to send them home after paying. Them. The. I asked them to come Sunday morning, expecting the delivery, and they’re nowhere to be found. Have to pay the guys again, and send them home, again. They just don’t give a damn. I’ve had problems with price gauging with them in the past. I had stopped coming here. Gave them another chance as I was in a bind, and that was a HUGE mistake, clearly.
