My sugaring experience was amazing, Ruzanna was so kind and patient, I felt comfortable the entire time and she was so sweet to keep making sure everything felt okay. She was very informative as well about the service and her years of experience. I will continue to come back for more services.

LOVE LOVE LOVE IT HERE!! i was so scared to get my lash lift because ive had bad experience with getting them where one eye would look different than the other. pricing is expensive but TOTALLY WORTH IT!! and she makes sure to ask questions and get to know how your lashes/body works because she knows everyone is different and she makes sure to put it in her system for everyone to know! such a beautiful and relaxing experience and i am in LOVE with my lashes!! best place ever and will be coming back!

EXCELLENT! There is a reason that Annazur Spa has the best rating in the city. For context, I am a Black woman in my mid 30s with sensitive, combo dry skin, and hormonal acne. I am very selective about who can touch my skin and hair. I have been dealing with dermatologists since I was a teen and Anna (the owner) has surpassed them all in how she cares for me and my skin. Annazur spa is clean and beautiful, my facial and extractions were clarifying and relaxing, and the massage was gentle. Anna gave nonjudgmental advice for my skin health and for my skin routine because literally had no routine before this lol. After only 2 monthly visits, my skin made a 180 turnaround. I love it so much I became a member (only $99/year) and will not go anywhere else in Jax. She also offers gentle korean skin care products that have contributed to my improved skin. If you are deciding, pick this place. Im not joking. Thanks Anna!

I loveee this face cleanser from Annazur! It feels super gentle on my skin and doesn’t dry it out. The foam is soft and easy to rinse off. My face feels clean and fresh every time I use it. I also love that it has natural ingredients like aloe and tea tree oil! I def will buy it again:)) And the body butter!!! The smell is very light and gentle, not too strong at all, which I love. The texture feels like an oil when you put it on, and it melts into the skin so nicely. It keeps my skin soft and smooth for hours. Love love love
