I will drive out of my way to go to a different hallmark. The manager assumed and blamed another customer for breaking an item. I interrupted her and corrected her that my 5 year old accidentally did it. She proceeded to give me a speech about their policy to charge the customer 50% of the cost, but that she’d make an exception this time. I told her no and to charge me because I felt giving someone a speech and then waiving the price isn’t doing anyone a favor. It’s a power trip. A favor is recognizing that accidents happen, especially with young children and breakable items placed 3 feet up from the floor, and saying don’t worry about it.

I love Ann’s Hallmark. They are always so friendly & helpful. I had an incredible experience that i would love to share. I had been in already to buy a sympathy card twice, but due to bad carpal tunnel my handwriting isn’t so good anymore. I came back again & bought a third card & Payton offered to write inside what I wanted to say & addressed the envelope for me. There are no words to express how grateful I am to her for taking the time to do this for me. She was so very sweet & had nice hand writing too. Thank you, for your kindness & exceptional customer service, it was truly appreciated.

I just had a wonderful experience in this store. Three very helpful and friendly associates helped make selections. Great inventory for any occasion. Was quite busy and we didn’t feel rushed. They were having a 20% off sale and after checking out and driving away the cashier called apologizing that she forgot to apply the discount. Mrs. Brenda offered to honor it with a higher discounted percent off for their mistake anytime we wanted to come back in. Honest people, friendly staff and quality merchandise.

I couldn’t reply to your questions, so I had to write you again. I have been in this store a few times, and the experience is highly unpleasant, due to the rudeness one particular woman who may be the proprietor. Most recently, my sister won a jar of cookies in a contest this store held. She was left a message to pick them up at her leisure. “At your leisure” is not a phrase that should be used if there is a time limit on picking up the prize. The least you could have done is notify her that the time was running out. This confirmed my view of the poor management of this location. You go into a Hallmark Store to have your spirits lifted, to have a lighthearted retail therapy session, and at this location, I have the opposite of the expected delightful Hallmark experience. I hope this is helpful.

I have been going into this store for sometime now, and as much as I like the selection of items in there, and the great experience of the super friendly employees I have to leave this negative review. I don’t know how I seem to be there every time this one employee is there, but I believe it’s management. She is very condescending to the people who work for her. She was very mean and talked to them so low like they were nothing to her. I could see and feel the sadness and discontent in the employees as they did there best to keep a smile on there face to help the other costumers that were in there. I felt so embarrassed for them. I’m sad to say this has been on more than one occasion. I can only imagine the hardships they are going threw to just stay employed because of this pandemic. I really do think that manager should not continue this way with them, because is not a good feeling with customers, for me personally I had to go to another hallmark, because that one lady made me feel so cold. My heart goes out for the employees that have to work for her.
