Karen was a great server! She was nice, and always made sure our drinks were full! The food recommendations were amazing and we will definitely be back!
Very welcoming and kind. My server's recommendations was spot on. I would not have chosen an omelet with crayfish & shrimps...but it was sublime. Got me in a story telling mood. Admittedly, it doesn't take much to tell folks about my days as a Submariner. 😆 Road my new Indian Pursuit up from Daytona. Breakfast hit the spot. Those fritters were a gift 🎁 for being a first time customer. It's the little things that make all the difference in the world. Reminds me of when I lived in Japan. Bravo Zulu
We had a great breakfast at Another Broken Egg Cafe on Atlantic Blvd while waiting on our car service. I ordered the chorizo and bacon omelette with a side of bourbon street pancakes. The omelette was meaty and cheesy from the first bite to the last and the cream cheese inside really took it to another level. My wife had the southwest scrambler. It was good but not quite as memorable. She ended up using the tortillas to make breakfast tacos and said next time she would absolutely order my omelette instead. What really made the visit stand out was our server Bailey. She was friendly knowledgeable and genuinely attentive. Every recommendation she made was spot on and our coffee cups were never empty. She had the perfect sense of timing and presence always there when we needed something without interrupting our conversation or the relaxed vibe. I was especially impressed watching her handle a more challenging guest with real patience and care. The manager was also making rounds welcoming guests and checking in which added to the overall positive experience. We really enjoyed our visit and will definitely ask to sit in Bailey’s section next time.
Bailey from the Atlantic Boulevard store by Kernan Boulevard. Her smile, her kindness, her understanding. She made my day after I got from the gym and wanted some eggs after my gastric sleeve surgery. She helped me get a small serving so I can get two or three bites. I tipped her well because of this, and I wanted to put this in. She definitely needs a prize for this
First time at this place. We wanted brunch and saw this place had good reviews. I don’t even understand how this place got anymore than 3 stars. We got the mimosa pitcher. The cups came with strawberries and we were like “ooo fancy.” When we looked closer, the strawberries were moldy. They had blue fuzzy mold on them. I get it was busy on a Saturday morning, but it takes 2 seconds to inspect them. The cups were stained. I did not drink anything. I’m thirsty. Everything was room temperature or cold. My friend had cold cheese on her food. The grits were lumpy and dried up top. Basically they sat underneath the heat lamp for the entire morning and the moisture was pulled out from it. It had separated from the edge of the bowl. I thought it was a fried egg white that popped into the bowl at first. I got chocolate chip pancakes and there were 5 chocolate chips sitting on top of the pancakes. Not melted. I don’t know about y’all, but the last time I checked, that’s not chocolate chip pancakes. There were also 5 chips on the second pancake smooshed in. Server was nice. That’s about it. Summary, food was shit. Service ok. Will not be back.
