i literally just bought this and as i was bringing it inside, the top broke off and the bottom busted and the shelves broke off by the hinges. i'm so sad, i literally just got it and i was carrying it properly. i guess it was just low quality but i'm super sad about it

I have always had a good experience shopping here until I bought a small ceramic carousel horse (was charged $4 despite the tag saying $3) and when I got home and unwrapped it I discovered the head was broken off and no where to be found, despite it being wrapped in paper with the ends taped. Not in the bag, no holes in the bag, not in my car. It had to have been wrapped already broken. Whether it broke in my basket or at the register, the employees should have said something. I wasn’t watching them wrap my items so I don’t know how it got broken, but it was definitely broken before being wrapped. Today I returned and explained what happened and to see if they had found the head anywhere, and I was brushed off and told “that would be pretty hard to miss” and was not offered any solutions. Very disappointed to see that customers here are not treated as the top priority.

Every time me & hubby go into this place, we leave with SOMETHING!!!! This time, it was 3 random giraffes 🦒 We started collecting unique and awesome giraffes shortly after we started dating. He said he wanted a pet giraffe, and that's how it all began. We were in there looking for about 20 minutes when he walked around the corner and said, "I'm about to leave here broke. "..... there were 30 awesome giraffes all together on a shelf. The lady working behind the counter said that they had just arrived the day before, so we came at the right time. The staff is so sweet and welcoming. The shop is organized and so much fun to browse through, and we left happy, as always. Definitely check this place out if you're in the area. It's really fun & a memorable experience.

We checked out this place while visiting from PA . Great store with lots of treasures. Staff was mostly friendly , though we got a vibe of a judgment at one point from one of the vendors but just brushed it off . We are unqiue , it happens. We did leave with many items that we love, but our absolute favorite is pictured below 😍 We will be back at some point when we visit again down there .
