FAKE REVIEWS, BEWARE - I would not recommend these SCAM ARTISTS to my worst enemy. They are not family owned. They lie, they're owned by a corrupt corporation. DO NOT TRUST THEM OR THEIR COMMERCIALS! Their response below from the OWNER is BS. They NEVER contacted me regarding my honest review. My electricity was out and I used them to replace my electric breaker panel. I want to make it perfectly clear that my experience with Any Hour Services indicates they are a criminal organization. They will over charge for services and steal as much of your hard earned money as possible. They will create or outright lie to you about problems that didn't exist before they arrive. They are liars and thieves who will over charge you to fix nonexistent problems. The electrician Ian Cobb in Phoenix AZ intentionally damaged my homes internal wiring to try and charge me approximately $1500 to diagnose and repair a problem that he purposely created. He came up with a false story that he needed to rewire an outlet that was creating a problem for a total of 5 outlets that quit working in my kitchen and garage after he installed the new breaker panel. Another electrician looked at it the next day and within 5 minutes after arriving told me a wire has been cut and pushed back into the wall. He reconnected the wire and all the outlets began working fine. Video surveillance of the electrician Ian Cobb confirms his criminal acts. They also charged me over $10,000 for a job another electrician would have done for $4800. Their Google reviews are FAKE. BEWARE!! Do not let this criminal organization into your home. And always get three different estimates. I contacted the Attorney Generals office, the Arizona Registrar of Contractors office, the Better Business Bureau, and am taking legal action for endangering me and my family by tampering with my internal electricity system. Then attempting to charge me to fix the problem they intentionally created! Any Hour Services is responsible for the following: • Willful and negligent acts against me and my property with profit as a motive. • Willful and negligent destruction of my personal property, endangering me and my family with the potential of harm with profit as a motive. • Emotional distress upon myself and my family with profit as a motive. • Intentional Fraudulent acts with profit as a motive and complete disregard for the rights and best interest of their client. • Trickery, thievery, and false information (lying) to me your client with profit as a motive. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! BEWARE!!! FAKE REVIEWS!!!

Marcus was very pleasant and took the time to explain the process and answer all my questions thoroughly. He found one small issue and took care of it right away. Impressed with professionalism and expertise. Very personable too! No charge today for our first inspection after install 9 months ago.

Great price and amazing service. We had Jeff and he stayed late to get our water heater replaced. he was a super nice guy too. It was the best price out of all of quotes we received and included everything. Don’t even waste a minute with Parker and Sons, they’re a total rip off!

My Ac broke and I founded any hour service, I filled in my information and within 30 minute, they confirmed my appointment for the same day and send leslie to my home to do a no obligation evaluation for a new AC unit, Leslie came by with 4 hours, she went into the attic and after 30 minutes or so, came back with her recommendation, Leslie answered all my questions patiently and explain in detail of the installation process, I can see she is well qualify and not just a sale person selling a product for a commission. she did manage to talk me into repalcing both AC unit instaed of just the broken one. I would recommend Leslie if anyone should have a need for a new AC. At the same time, the other AC company didn't get back with me for 5 days so they lose out on a $25,000 sale. Update 9-26-26 now I found my condensation pipe is draining from the top, it took four service call for them to fix it because during installation at the attic, the attach the top drain pipe to the bottom and bottom to top, the pipe was also sticking out two feet from the wall. Imagine they have to come out fourth time and the fourth technician to figure out the careless mistake, but since it's fix, I'm willing to overlook it. Now my new ac turn on with a loud band and I call them, they scheduled a tech to come out between noon and five and the technician left a message saying he is on his way at 3:30 pm but no show, I call the company this morning and they rescheduled for the technician to come out between noon to five pm, I rushed home from my doctor's appointment and waited the whole afternoon and, no call no show. I'm having serious doubts about this company. Seem like they are very good at the beginning but after they got the money, the truth came out, maybe BBB IS THE NEXT STEP. Update 9-27-25 after days of frustration, I happen to find Leslie's phone number and I'll call her and told her my dissatisfaction with the missed service call. She said she'll will take care of it and within minutes, the owner call and said he'll come out the same afternoon with a technician and take care the issue. I was sceptical but sure enough, they all arrived at the time they say they would, identify the cause of my concern and resolved the issues. I'm once again impress with their commitment to excellent. I'm changing their rating back to five stars. ITS VERY IMPORTANT FOR A BUSINESS TO IDENTIFY THE PROBLEM AND RESOLVED IT QUICKLY AND THAT JUST WHAT THIS COMPANY DID. I highly recommend them and praise them for their work ethic. Special thanks to Leslie stepping in, stepping up when I needed. Food job!!
