I’m honestly disappointed with my experience, especially since Any Occasion Tents & Events came highly recommended — even by one of their competitors. I rented tables and chairs for a company summit in Houston. Delivery and setup went smoothly and on time, so no complaints there. But pickup was a completely different story. Pickup was scheduled between 12:30 and 2:30, and no one reached out when they didn’t show up. I had to call multiple times to get any updates — first I was told they’d be there within 90 minutes and that I’d get a tracking link (which never came). By 4 PM the office was closed, and I had to go through an answering service just to find out what was going on. Eventually I was told they’d arrive in another 30–45 minutes… but they didn’t show up until about three hours after the scheduled window. I get that delays happen, but what really bothered me was the total lack of communication. A quick heads-up that they were running behind would’ve made all the difference — especially since I live out of town and had no flexibility to leave the items for a later pickup date. If I’d been made aware of the delays in a timely manner with an honest ETA, I could have requested another night of lodging and had it approved by my company thus allowing for some flexibility. My team even broke everything down ourselves to make pickup easier once they finally arrived. Overall, they did an okay job setting up, but the communication and reliability during pickup were really disappointing. I expected better from a company with such strong recommendations.

I love this company when it comes to my occasions! They have a wide variety of beautiful linens and multiple sizes as well. Not only do they have linens but so much more for occasions. They were great at communicating and it was very easy to handle my linens as they each came wrapped on a hanger, and it also came with laundry bags to place them in to take them back. We have been using them for a couple of years and definitely plan on continuing to!

It was very easy to rent what I needed. Everything was completed online; very convenient. Everything was clear. The delivery and pickup was flawless. Everyone lived the artificial hedges and outdoor AC for the birthday party.

I had a great experience with Any Occasion Events for our wedding! From start to finish, their team went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Their rental items were well kept without any evidence of damage. Everything from the tables, chairs, and linens were in great condition and made our wedding look stunning. They offered a great selection of styles and options that fit our minimalist style without breaking the budget! Since we had a rather large wedding, we struggled with finding rental companies that had a big inventory. Any Occasion Events was able to manage by providing everything with the quantity that we needed by substituting with similar looking items they have in their inventory which was not a deal breaker for us. Nobody was able to tell the difference (not even us) on the day of the wedding! What truly set Any Occasion apart was their customer service. They were professional, responsive, and made the whole process so easy. Their team worked with us to ensure all our needs were met, and they even helped us with last-minute requests with a smile! And it was really last minute! On the day of the event, everything was set up beautifully. They also worked with the venue to manage break-down the following Monday with ease. Overall, we were quite satisfied with our decision to work with Any Occasion Events for our wedding!
