Since you all like to sue because, you all take 3-5 business days to collect the membership fee, that’s not my issue on when you decide to draft out the money. I gave up going back and forth and just said the hell with YOU. I was expecting to go into collections anyway. I’ve already paid in good faith to whomever lawyer that sounds as if he sits on his behind all day, and wants to be aggressive that doesn’t bother me I honestly laugh as it lifts up my day. You’ll be receiving my last and final payment, tomorrow . This place is a joke. Ya’ll they sued for 225.00 and also any type of legal fees 😂. Basically small claims.

As for a gym, I’m totally disgusted in how they treat members of the military, for starts, No military discount, also they have the most fine printed contract that’s always going to be 1 year and have stacked up hundreds of dollars some how in the matter of a couple months, customer support never answered me for months and will send you into a loop hole so you can’t cancel the membership, they are definitely CON-Artist’s! I can’t wait to sue the owner for harassment as well !

I originally transferred my membership from the Canal St. location—where the staff is consistently kind and helpful—to the Freret St. location, and the difference has been night and day. When I joined Canal St., I was paying close to $100/month. I was told that the membership rate would adjust based on location, so switching to Freret (where the listed rate is around $50/month) should have reduced my fee. It never did. I called multiple times during posted business hours and couldn’t get anyone on the phone. When I finally did, I believe I spoke with the owner, and I was shocked by how rude and condescending the conversation was. Eventually, when I tried to cancel out of frustration, I was told my membership would end in May 2025 anyway, and that I would be charged the same amount whether I canceled or not—so I regretfully kept it. I’ve since switched gyms for obvious reasons. Fast forward to June 2025, and I was charged yet again. I’ve been calling daily since the start of the month with no response. When I finally reached someone (I believe the same person), I was met with the same dismissive attitude. I was told that “nothing regarding memberships can be handled over the phone,” that it’s “posted everywhere,” and then was abruptly hung up on. I followed their instructions and emailed, but they’re still unable to resolve the issue and are now denying I ever spoke with anyone at all. This location is not only poorly managed, but the facility itself leaves much to be desired—it's extremely small, the machines are almost always occupied, there's barely any room to stretch, and there are no showers. My advice: go literally anywhere else. This has been one of the worst gym experiences I’ve ever had. I added the response to my email regarding the miscommunication that was had. You can see she's very unprofessional.

After signing up online, I accidentally went to the wrong location—and honestly, I wish I had just stayed there. When I finally arrived at the correct gym, I was met at the door by Julie, who asked, “How can I help you?” — but not in a friendly, professional way. Her tone was hostile, like I didn’t belong there or was inconveniencing her by showing up. She didn’t offer a tour or explain anything about what the gym offers — she just handed me a key fob and walked away. This was a stark contrast to Sean at the Garden District location. Even though I was at the wrong location, he still took the time to show me around, explain the amenities, and make me feel welcome. That brief interaction made me excited to join — but unfortunately, the experience at the actual gym was the complete opposite. I always try to give people the benefit of the doubt, but I never felt comfortable enough to return. A couple of months later, when I called to cancel my membership, Julie answered the phone and said, “What do you want?” — no greeting, no professionalism, just immediate attitude. That response confirmed what I had already felt during my first visit. I’ve never done anything to this woman—I met her once in person and once over the phone, and both interactions were unnecessarily rude. Though she is a business owner, it’s important to remember that owning a business means serving your customers. A little kindness goes a long way, especially in a city as small and community-driven as New Orleans. It’s easy to let ego take over when you’re running a business, but at the end of the day, your attitude sets the tone for your brand. Julie clearly struggles with that. She has zero customer service skills, and the gym itself feels dated and neglected. Honestly, based on how she treats people, she might be better off back in New York working in fashion — not managing a space meant for people who are trying to better themselves. Out of curiosity, I searched her name along with the word “rude,” and found that others have had similar experiences. It seems my story isn’t unique. If you’re looking for a positive, welcoming environment, I strongly suggest choosing a different gym.

This anytime is smaller then some of the others in New Orleans. If its not too crowded, then Its ok. it also has tanning beds. The gym has full service cardio equipment and a good number of nautilus machines. They have cages with bumber plates for olympic lifts. its good for a smaller number of people . the dumbells 9nly go to 100, so your pressing options will be limited. otherwise good
