Just joined and already loving it. Cozy gym with a nice street view and a great location. Laura was super friendly and knowledgeable. Excited to be here.

Biggest Anytime in Dane County. You will need to use the nearby parking ramp off Lake St. But it's worth it to switch up your Anytime's and try this one! Especially if you're downtown.

The Manager KADY is excellent, she is very helpful and provided details in very good way and a very kind hearted person ever seen in my life. I like the service, equipments and atmosphere of this gym. Affordable Gym and nearest to Capital of Madison

I’ll genuinely miss Andrew, Lexi, Conrad, and Chandler. They were great to work with. When I first signed up, I was told that canceling would be simple if I moved away: just let them know and provide proof like a bill of the new location. Unfortunately, once I moved in April, it was hard to get in touch with someone. When I got in touch with someone in September, I was surprised to learn I’d be charged a $250 cancellation fee or would need to pay out the rest of the account. I explained that this was not what I had originally been told, but instead of working with me, the response I received felt defensive and dismissive. That was frustrating, especially since I was only asking for the terms I was promised. The interaction became unnecessarily tense, which was disappointing to experience from customer service. I wouldn’t recommend based on how difficult and disheartening the cancellation process turned out to be, despite how much I valued the positive experiences with the staff I mentioned earlier.

Very bad experience. Easy to join and difficult to cancel. Couldn't cancel in store, had to call or email, called for half an hour and never answered, slow to respond to emails and no reply to date. Be careful about getting a membership. They do reply by email after days. So I edited those. But it is still very difficult to cancel. If the rent is not paying under your name. I will say this is a good gym but I hope they can make the cancellation process easier.
