No customer service, phones are never answered at this gym, one can call around 50 times a day and even then, they won’t get back to you. Called to cancel my month to month subscription, they told me payment would go through but a refund would be issued the following day. I have been calling all week at different times and no one has answered, no professionalism.

I set up an appointment online to get a membership and scheduled an appointment for Sunday at noon. Apparently my appointment was supposed to be with Matthew. I even got an appointment confirmation text message that asked ME to confirm that I'll be there. I got to the door tried to open it. I need a key card to get in. No staff in sight. A sign on the door says for appointments to call a certain number. No one picks up. Another sign on the door says the gym is only staffed for certain days of the week. It was a huge waste of my time, and if scheduling an initial appointment is this disorganized, I don't want to see what the staff is like AFTER the membership. Buyer beware. Read the other reviews of those unlucky enough to actually sign up.

On my FitQuest70 journey from Sacramento to Texas, I stopped at Gym #82 in Laredo, Texas, a gym with a nightclub vibe featuring neon purple lights in the restrooms, earning it a 4/5-star rating. The compartmentalized layout with a sofa and chairs for seating gives it a slightly tight feel, but the accurate scale was a plus. A dance class in the small studio was a bit loud for me but I think that’s the vibe it’s going for. With better maintenance, it could reach five stars—issues like an empty soap dispenser, a loose toilet paper holder, and a rotted wooden door in shower room #1 due to water overflow need fixing. Although I didn’t work out due to a long travel day, the gym’s unique atmosphere and potential stood out!

First, was told a price I would pay a specific price per month and then was overcharged. Called the gym to speak with someone about the overcharge & no one answers the phone. Second, they wanted me to pay another amount just to cancel the membership. It's ridiculous, never going back.

**UPDATE: Finally spoke with a club "staff" they said they would cancel my membership and return any fees..but guess what charge I saw AGAIN try to process into my bank?? Yup, another month with this shady gym. Future members beware, this gym will continue to process payments on your account even AFTER you cancel... Staff never answers the phone, and is NEVER present as per their listed, "office hours." I was overcharged and have literately called 22 times in the past 2 weeks. I even reached out to their franchise 800 number to try and get help and got nowhere either. At this point I just want CANCEL my membership. I am on a "month to month" plan that keeps auto rolling over. Isn't this fraud at some point? 0/10 recommend this gym.
