I had a very disappointing experience when cancelling my membership. The staff response during the cancellation process felt unhelpful and lacked clear communication. I was required to pay additional fees due to a 30-day notice policy, which I was not clearly informed about at the time of signing up. As a result, I ended up being charged unexpectedly, which felt unfair. I would strongly recommend that anyone considering joining carefully review all terms and conditions, especially regarding cancellation policies, to avoid similar issues.

I used this gym during my stay in Brisbane. Compared to Japan, the grounds are spacious, and there are many free racks in the free space, giving it a very open feel. There were also different machines than those in Japan, and I wanted to try them, but I didn't know how to use them, so I gave up. There was an iron for some reason, but I wonder if it's for people using before work? I went on a Saturday, so there were no office workers before work, and in fact, I was the only one there around 5 AM. Also, the cleanliness of the toilets was different. I suspect it's more a matter of the users' habits than the cleaning itself. One of the joys of traveling is strolling around the city from the hotel, working out, and then having breakfast.
