We are visiting from Sydney and have been using this gym while we are here. It is huge with an impressive range of equipment and weights, and I have really enjoyed my workouts every day. Unfortunately, it is not disability friendly. My partner has a mobility issue and regularly attends our local Anytime Fitness for therapy. We were excited that this gym was so close so he could continue his routine. However, the entrance requires navigating stairs, and once inside there are even more stairs to reach the equipment he needs. Although Google lists the gym as wheelchair accessible, we could not find where that access actually is, and even if someone could enter, the internal stairs make it difficult to move around. It feels like the space only caters for able-bodied people, which meant my partner was unable to continue his therapy here. It was disappointing. I hope the gym looks into improving accessibility so that everyone can enjoy what is otherwise a fantastic facility.

I wanted to raise a serious concern regarding the claim that your gym is wheelchair accessible. To reach the front entrance, members must go down seven stairs, and to access the open floor area, treadmills, and most machines (apart from the free weights), there are an additional 20 stairs to climb. Given these barriers, it is clearly not wheelchair accessible, and advertising it as such is misleading and unfair to people with mobility challenges. This claim should be removed immediately from your listings and promotional material to prevent further misinformation. I hope you address this promptly

I've been going to Anytime Fitness Kingston for a while now, and it's been a great experience. The gym is always clean, well-maintained, and has a wide variety of equipment for all fitness levels. I especially appreciate that it's open 24/7, which makes it really convenient to fit workouts into my schedule. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the atmosphere is welcoming Highly recommend for anyone looking for a reliable, no-fuss gym in Kingston
