Josh Dies
We had a really disappointing experience and would not recommend this place for families with younger children. From the start, staff were extremely over-the-top and aggressive toward our 4 and 5 year-old, constantly correcting them in a way that felt excessive and unnecessary for kids that age. It made what should have been a fun experience stressful and uncomfortable. We also brought our 1.5 year-old, who does not jump at all… he was simply walking around with us. Despite this, staff repeatedly approached and harassed us about needing to purchase special socks and a wristband for him, that felt unreasonable and clearly more about money than safety. To make matters worse, when we asked for a simple cup and straw so our toddler could drink water from the fountain (he struggles with fountains), we were told they could not provide one and that we would have to purchase bottled water instead. Refusing to give a cup and straw for water, especially for a toddler, was frustrating and unnecessary. Overall, the environment felt unfriendly, inflexible, and not at all accommodating for families with young kids. If you have toddlers or younger children, I’d strongly suggest avoiding this place and finding a more family-friendly option.
