Declined my calls day of drop off and dropped it off over an hour late. Unit covered in ants and got on some kids. Said they would pick up the unit on Sunday around lunch time. Didn’t arrive until 8pm. No communication at all. Would never recommend this unprofessional company
Easy to book and great value when compared to other local bounce house rentals. Bouncer was delivered a couple hours early and got to keep it a few hours after the scheduled pickup too. Worked great for my son’s birthday party. Will use again.
It's unfortunate that I'm having to write this review. Although, not shocking since I just read a review from just 6 days ago for essentially the same thing. I got in contact with Apex party rentals in March and paid the deposit. My daughter's birthday party was 5/31/2025. The owner has been from the beginning very responsive and cordial. He called on Friday to confirm our party time, delivery window and pick up time. I had the utmost confidence until my delivery window had come and gone. For context, my delivery window was 2-3pm and the party started at 3:30pm. I informed the owner if we weren't at the location when the delivery driver arrived to give my father in-law a call and he'd be there within minutes. I arrived at 2:30, started getting the party ready and by 3:10 still no delivery or any communication that the delivery driver was going to be late. I called the owner and informed him, he stated that he'd get in touch with the driver and ask where he was. I got no explanation as to why he was late except that the delivery driver was getting gas(this was explained over the phone after the 13 minutes out update.) Here is the text conversation: 3:22pm (Owner) - On phone with him. He's 13 minutes out. 3:42pm (Me) - Still nobody here 3:43 (O) - Calling him again. He was in route. 3:52 (Me) - Alright 4:01 (O) - He was driving, he answered real quick and said 4:06 4:07 (Me) - Still no body 4:08 (Me) - Yea at this point could you just refund me 4:08 (O) - Gotcha will do let me call him and refund. 1 minute later the delivery driver drives by, drives by again and waves at us. Had the delivery driver come to us and explained the confusion and late delivery we might have kept the service and had a better experience. We would'nt have been out the main entertainment for my daughter's party, but instead I was incredibly disappointed and ultimately won't be ordering from Apex Party Rentals ever again. I think the thing that really stuck out was the owner said over the phone "You were the only delivery today" or something along those lines, so obviously this company needs to do some training on time management and communication. I understand things happen, it's apart of running a business but from a potential customer's point of view: you've got two customers that had to get a refund in a span of 1 week due to non-delivery. Something has got to change.
If I could give a 0 I would have. Scheduled knowing a holiday weekend for our daughters birthday. But after scheduling online they reached out and confirmed the rental. The day of the rental 30 minutes before they called and said the one they were going to bring had a hole and they would be late 2-2 1/2 hours. We made adjustments and tried to accommodate knowing things happen. 3 hours after the original appointment still hadn't heard anything so I reached out and was told they couldn't get an update from the driver ( everyone was at the party just waiting for the slide at this time). 30 minutes later I had to reach back out again, only to hear still no update. I asked for the drivers info and got it. I reach out and hadn't heard anything back. 30 minutes later I ask for a refund (no response) and the driver calls and says he is 35 minutes out. We decide to go do something for the next 30 minutes and then the driver calls 10 minutes later and tells me they are 45 minutes out. 30 minutes later the owner text me and said he told the driver to cancel based on the text I sent (understandable but with no confirmation and regardless of the drive stating we spoke after). Look if you can't deliver on something just be upfront, I understand but the lack of communication and outreach on the businesses end is just simply unprofessional and awful. I will never do business with them again and will just let everyone know that ask about inflatable rentals to steer clear of this place.
I booked The Bounce house for and event I hosted and one thing I can tell you is that Kevin and his team was very professional easy to talk to and just overall very helpful. Not to mention he really has a one stop shop everything I needed in one provider. He is on my list for every future event I plan to have. Thank you Kevin for making my first event the talk of the month
