I was really pleasantly surprised by this Apple Store! The staff are very friendly, and they even offer sessions and classes on photography, video, and more, really impressive. You can definitely feel the quality and professionalism that Apple is known for. A very cool experience overall!

An Apple Store that's a must-see for its stunning design, both inside and out. Its beautiful stainless steel staircase, spacious interior filled with technology and greenery, and ceilings illuminated naturally during the day and with LED lighting at night are all breathtaking. It not only offers the best of Apple technology but also an inviting interior that makes you want to linger and enjoy both the products and the architecture. A must-visit in NYC for Apple and design enthusiasts!

Update: it’s a great store, but it’s super important that they upgrade their WiFi or provide a special WiFi access for customers who just purchased devices and need to transfer data from the old to the new one. Super important. Apple, please read this! I got very poor service here today trying to buy a new iPad mini for my son and to trade in his old one. I was told it would be easy to do the data transfer in the store. I got all kinds of bad advice and bad tech support. The employees kept changing over. I spent over 2 hours in the store after paying for the new iPad waiting for the download to complete so I could see if one of the apps transferred over with its data. It never finished and I had to repurchase the trade in device. They told me that the store’s iPad is terrible because it’s so overloaded. They gave me bad advice about whether the data would transfer over with its app, and bad advice about the best way to transfer data from the old iPad to the new one. I have been in many many Apple stores over the years. I will avoid this store in the future.
