I wish to express my opinion regarding the entire claim process involving primarily Traveler’s & Apple Roofing. I believe that Apple Roofing & Mr. Baldwin did the very best they could in as much as they had to content with supply issues, crew coordination and weather conditions. Mr Baldwin had to also deal with an irritated client (me) since due to the amount of time it took to complete the claim was from middle of April 2025 till the final check written the middle of January 2026 to Apple Roofing… approximately 9 months. Mr. Baldwin did his very best during this long process. This is strictly my opinion .. the claim process ‘takes too long’ should be review to be more proficient and thus more economical. In my view .. it was a very slow process causing me (the customer in this case) to be more and more anxious in the process to get it completed.

The teams did a great job on our roofs, siding and gutters. Brody was awesome ! He kept us updated and explained steps along the way. Jonathan R. Started our first part of the job. He was on site checking out the work being done. Jonathan and Brody were great employees to the company in seeing that the job as done and done right.

Logan Graff and his crew always do an amazing job! They have replaced our roof twice now. They also fixed our fence from hail damage and replaced gutters and screens. If you also need a good handyman Apple roofing can help you out as well! They do a great job and are always on time! I highly recommend Apple Roofing!
