Some members of the staff should demonstrate more modesty and courtesy. If a customer does not fully understand something or feels disadvantaged for any reason, the proper approach is to explain the situation calmly and politely and reassure them that this is not the case. Unfortunately, in this situation, the opposite was demonstrated, which gave the impression that the concern was simply ignored. It also appeared that a significant portion of time was spent on personal conversations. While human interaction is important, there should be a balance, and professional responsibilities and respect for customers should not be overlooked. I believe additional staff training would be appropriate and beneficial. Best of luck.

Huge thank you to Spencer and Nathaniel. I’m leaving this review in hopes that whoever their manager / supervisor is sees this and recognizes them! Those young gentlemen were no gimmicks, straightforward, so knowledgeable, fast and proactive to help. I was impressed and overjoyed by their service despite iPhone troubles (which are never fun). They made slapping my card down for a new one that much easier. Thanks guys!

I bought thе case from the Apple online store thinking it would last, but it didn’t even make it two months. The material started wearing off so quickly, the edges look completely messed up, and honestly, the whole thing now looks cheap and worn-out. I reached out to Apple Support hoping they could help or at least offer an exchange, but the response was really disappointing — basically, “we can’t do anything.” For the price, this is just not okay. I expected way better quality and customer service from Apple. Really unhappy with this purchase and wouldn’t recommend this case at all.

Really nice looking Apple Store. Better here than at the New York flagship when a product releases, lest you expressly wish to pee your pants multiple times due to the long wait. They also have an acceptable washroom in the basement that is 4/5.
