Very disappointed with this business. I normally go in and I see Jason and he does a great job. But I decided to do a walk in last Thursday and the wife was available. I sat down in her chair she said that she understood and could do the particular shape I wanted duck shape. It was not the correct shape and honestly the nails were just ugly. I continued to sit and get serviced , but I expressed my concerns and she assured me that the look of the nails would get better to my liking. Well guess what they didn’t , I politely asked Jason’s wife to stop and remove all the nails. I told her I’m not trying to be difficult but I don’t like them. With my money I want what I want I’m paying for my services this isn’t a free job, so do things to my liking. Jason’s wife I’m not sure of her name but she was nasty and rude and had an attitude all because I asked her to remove the nails. I also said that I would pay to have the nails removed I didn’t mind I just wanted them off because they were ugly and not the best quality at all. I’ve been getting my nails done for years and my nail tech is in Greensboro, I didn’t want to take the drive that day but for now on I will. Jason’s wife removed the nails but it’s still acrylic on my nails , so she made it seem as it was off but hard coat still on top. I’ve noticed that ladies of color she’s very nasty and rude with. I could’ve gotten out of character but I’m a lady of class and a business owner so I politely paid $20.00 & left out. Ladies save yourself a headache an go where you’re respected and valued as a customer. I don’t understand why be rude to people who help pay your bills and keep you in business. If I don’t like a service and I ask for it to be removed and willing to pay for the removal, don’t ask me why just remove it. If I don’t like it I don’t like it . Jason’s wife is rude and nasty and she likes women of color dollars but clearly don’t like us and that was evident last week once I asked for the removal of the nails and stated I was willing to pay. She rushed the shaping was awful and so was her nasty attitude. I will take that 30 minute drive and pay my original nail tech ,thank God she is back. I don’t have to deal with nasty attitudes and racism. My nails tech services are much pricier than aqua nails and I’m willing to pay. I must remember the good old saying you get what you pay for. But ladies of color please save yourself a headache and go where your hard earned money will be valued and respected. I also read through the reviews and noticed a pattern with his wife. No matter the responses made under the customer’s comments on reviews it’s truthful. Jason’s wife is very rude and I don’t think her work is the best. Aqua nails please take some business etiquette classes on how to treat and service customers. Instead of commenting on customers reviews, how about actually acknowledging the fact that you all have flaws and correct them. Also I have an appointment with my original nail tech so I will go spend my hard earned money where I’m heard and respected. Jason’s wife do better !!!

I love my nails. Mrs. Lee is the best, she was fast, precise and detailed about them. What can I say? She is the best.💅💪 For sure I will come back. Although I will suggest to set an appointment with her.

could not recommend this place more!! lea is the sweetest, most talented nail artist i’ve ever come across! she is friendly and she is so fast!! your nails will look amazing, for a fraction of the average nail tech prices, and they will look expensive!! she is so good with designs and shaping. and the environment is so relaxing. seriously just book an appointment!!

Update!! I’ve been back twice since and I’ve loved my nails EVERY SINGLE TIME. Lea WILL get your nails right. she is so sweet and works very hard to be sure your nails are what you want. she has given me three of the best sets i’ve EVER HAD!! if you make an appointment (especially on a weekday) you will be seen immediately and you will be treated kindly. they are wonderful. and your nails will look amazing 😁 - okay, if you’re the type of person who doesn’t like to wait, maybe go somewhere else. i don’t mind so much because they are busy and have talented people who are working on multiple clients. BUT if you’re patient. THEY ARE AWESOME!!! i had an appt. at 2:15, came in at 2:10, and waited til about 2:30. but they were all working so i don’t mind being patient at all. LEA ROCKED MY NAILS SO HARD i’m writing this in the parking lot after walking out. i’m in LOVE. and it took her less than an hour and they are gorgeous. she was kind and made sure i liked everything every step of the way. will definitely be coming back.

I just got my nails done here. I had to come to my car and immediately write a review. I booked with Lea since I heard good things about her work. She did a phenomenal job on my nails. I absolutely LOVE the way they look and the shape. She is so sweet! She made conversation and made me feel comfortable and cared for. I will definitely be back next time! UPDATE: booked with Lea again and the did a PERFECT job on my nails!!!
