The reception at Moonstone was great from my scheduling via telephone to check in on the day of my treatment. No pushy sale tactics was very much appreciated! Paul was great and asked all the right questions before beginning And checked in with me during my massage!

So glad I chose this local business over the national franchise competitor! Before I moved to NC, I was a member of a franchise massage service for several years in another state. Moonstone's fees compare favorably to the well-known franchise, and their new client discount coupon saved me a lot - giving me a chance to check out what they have to offer. And Moonstone offers everything I was looking for ... Comfortable, relaxing atmosphere; several highly-rated technicians to choose from; along with the convenience of booking appointments online. My message therapist, Casey, listened carefully and was so in-tune to what I had in mind. My first massage here was awesome, and a great deal! Krista was amazing! The facial was so relaxing and comforting. Krista discussed with me my allergies ahead of time and assured me that she would use gentle products. I didn’t have any reaction to the products and felt like a new person after the treatment. My skin was so hydrated and clear.

I have been coming here for a couple of months now and love it! I have tried many massage places, and this is the only one that meets all my needs. Staff are professional and friendly - I am always greeted at the door. You can schedule in person, over the phone, or through the portal. Paul is my masseuse, and he is fantastic. Literally the only person to get my back to relax and stay relaxed. I highly recommend this hidden gem in Winston!
