We initially had no hot water. When the technician came out the first time, the issue was not fixed. I called again, and the operator assured me that a second visit would be arranged and that I would not be charged for the first call-out since the job had not been completed properly. During the second visit, the issue was resolved, and I paid the invoice presented at that time. However, several months later I received an email claiming that I still had an outstanding balance. When I contacted the company, I was told that no such promise had been made and that the cost had supposedly been split across two invoices. I was disappointed by this response, particularly being contacted on Christmas Eve and being told that I was “misremembering” the conversation. Regardless of internal billing practices, this was not a pleasant or professional approach to customer service. While I acknowledge that I should have requested written confirmation, I expected the company to honour what was clearly communicated to me over the phone.

Huge thank you to Myles for helping repair my boiler. Boiler fixed in the same day thankfully being as it's quite cold at the moment! Myles was very helpful and knowledgeable - explained his thought process as he was identifying the issue as well as explaining the cause and fix when getting the boiler up and running again. Great communication as well - prior to arrival he gave me a call twice to keep me updated when he will arrive (one for his general schedule and second when he was on his way). Definitely would recommend, 5* well deserved.

My Vaillant boiler broke down. Found A&R on the ‘net after a few other firms didn’t get back to me. A&R engineer came as promised within 48hrs, identified the issue, had the spare part on the van, boiler fixed! Splendid service all round, from the first phone call to the engineer leaving. HIGHLY impressed & recommend 10/10.
