We had an awesome time at the Arabia Mountain. Upon arrival we were a little uncertain about where to go, but that didn't last long because shortly after we were approached by someone who informed us that someone was on the way to escort us to were we needed to be. Within minutes a very friendly host came with a Gulf cart to escort us. During the ride, she told us about the history of, and the future plans for this awesome property. Which in my opinion has great potential for the future. With time, patience, careful planning, and financial investment of honest, Godly, supporters, this place can become a great asset to the community. When visiting this facility, we have to take a few things into consideration, the time of year because different seasons produces different appearance and privileges. Also, where the owners are financially, maybe some things that we would like to see and enjoy, they are not able to provide yet, but for our visit, the warmth and love we were met with was worth our investment. We knew it was fall so we just imagined how much more beautiful it would have been in the Spring or Summer. We all appreciate what we saw and we will go back when we need to. I believe they deserve the 5 stars for being creative with God's beautiful creation, the beautiful scenery, the mountains, the fall, the serenity. Great evening at Arabia Mountain, wonderful host👍
I was very disappointed with this entire experience. What made it even worse is that two of my girlfriends who attended were recently laid off one of whom was also celebrating her birthday and they were both really looking forward to a relaxing moment to decompress. In all honesty, this place could be a nice venue if you were to rent the space and bring your own wine and setup. However, we even had to Bluetooth our own music, which was unexpected and took away from the overall atmosphere. I’ve been to several wineries, and although this is a vineyard, it’s not a winery by any means. The overall experience just didn’t match what you’d expect for the price or the setting. It definitely wasn’t worth the $80 per person, especially considering the cheap wine that I could have easily purchased myself at any Walmart. For a venue that promotes itself as upscale, the restroom situation was completely unacceptable. Having to use a construction-style portable toilet with no proper handwashing station was distasteful. Although sanitizer was provided, as someone who works in healthcare and takes infection control and cross-contamination very seriously, this was a major concern and left a poor impression overall. I would recommend making some changes and even purchasing or renting an upscale portable toilet with the proper necessities to create a more comfortable and sanitary experience for guests.
So, my experience at this vineyard was not the best. Giving 3 stars for my experience. Here's the breakdown from start to finish: Found this vineyard on IG, and discovered it is black owned. Wanting to support black businesses I was met with a few failures. Reached via email regarding a reservation as I was not able to accomplish this on line. I waited a couple weeks for a response to no avail. I made a phone call and left a message to once again no response. I called again to only leave another message. I guess someone did call me but from a number I didn't not recognize and no message was left for be indicating my emails was received. This process goes on for a while until I was able to speak with someone directly. I was advised to resend another email so it will be at the top of the list. I complied and finally was able to lock in my date...yea! After, I was able to get a confirmed number of people who was attending, the invoice was paid. I asked in the email thread, is there anything we need to do or have upon arrival. The response I received was, "Greetings from Arabia Mountain Vineyard! Thank you and we look forward to welcoming you and your guest to the vineyard!" Ok, sounds great right....little did we know upon arrival for our 1pm reservation, there's a sign on the gate that says they are closed and will be back at 2p. Now we were a bit confused as we had reservations from 1-4p. So I called the vineyard to only leave a message. My girlfriends and I sat for a minute and then decided to leave because we are confused as to why there's a sign that says closed until 2, but we have reservations for 1p. As we were leaving, we noticed someone driving a golf cart to stop us. When questioned about the sign, we were told the owner put that there for the public. That response didn't make sense to us, but we went with it. Now finally we get to our section and the presentation was very nice. Now we were thinking we were going to do wine tasting or enjoy wine from this vineyard, instead we were give 3 bottles of Beringer. I belive I can get this brand at Walmart or Target. One white Moscato and two Pink Moscato. While some people may love Moscato, everyone do not. I asked if we can change one of the pink Moscatos for a Cabernet, and was told, let me ask. Well, ok. That request was grant and I was greatly appreciative. As we are sitting there enjoying the scenery, we didn't know that we were basically on our own. My girlfriends and I are still in awe and wonder what did our money pay for....the Charcuterie board? While I can appreciate the concept, I feel as a first timer at this vineyard, specific instructions should have been given at the initial contact. For example, upon arrival, please wait patiently, someone will be up to take you down to the vineyard. We should have been told that this vineyard is not a typical vineyard and what to expect. The property is very nice and this vineyard would be perfect for specific events (which they do), weddings or company events. But If you are expecting an experience like the North GA Mountains winery/vineyards, this is not the place. Arabia Mountain, there's a lot of work needs to be done. Let's start with getting the business phone number to say the name of the company and not a person's name. And you are returning a customer's call, please leave a message. Thanks, remember...feedback is a gift
We were greeted with a huge smile when we arrived, that first interaction with one of the owners set the tone for our time at the winery. We chose the Waterfall package and enjoyed a delicious charcuterie board and wine, with the calming water flow behind us. We walked the property, which is beautiful and restorative. It was a peaceful escape! The owners were attentive to every detail from the arrival to the choice of wine and charcuterie selections - we left restored and were welcomed like family!
A must visit. Watching the land transform season after season is truly beautiful to see God's work 💕 The family that owns this vineyard are amazing people. Love them down!

A serene escape where nature meets fine wine and Southern hospitality.
