I have been using this ARC for over eight years to print our memory care and adult day club activity calendars, and I couldn't be more satisfied. Their pricing is competitive, and they consistently deliver my orders promptly. The communication is excellent, and the quality of the prints is always impressive. Service is incredibly fast, which I greatly appreciate. On the rare occasion that an error occurred, it was due to my oversight, and they graciously chose not to charge me for it. Our thanks to ARC for getting our job done in the tight timeframe we gave them! We needed photos enlarged/reduced, multiple photos put together on boards, and newspaper articles lightened or reduced in size and put on boards. Between Covid and our previous reproduction guru retiring, we were late getting them our display materials (for exhibits at Congregation B'nai Israel and for the citywide Archives Day). Melissa and her colleagues were responsive and engaged. Everything turned out perfect. Here is a photo of one of our archive cases, where you can see some of the work they did.
