I scheduled a waxing appointment through Groupon with this business. On the day of my appointment, the provider stated she had a flat tire and would need to reschedule. I was understanding and attempted to reschedule multiple times over several days. Unfortunately, I never received a confirmed appointment, and communication eventually stopped. The service was never provided, and I was unable to request a refund through Groupon due to the cancellation policy. I’m leaving this review so others can make an informed decision before booking.

I have seen Feletia a few times over the years for lash lifts and eyebrow waxing for special events and every time the results are consistent and make me feel so confident in my appearance. She truly is skilled and loves what she does, has pride in her work and is the nicest. Most recently I had an eyebrow laminate with her and I have gotten a lot of compliments on my eyebrows in the last 2 weeks. I can’t wait to see her again in the future! Thank you so much!

I had a facial with Nicole and it was absolutely the most relaxing and professional treatment I've ever experienced. I also had the natural lash enhancements, which I LOVE. It's been two weeks now and they still look great. Nicole is warm, friendly and is clearly an expert at her craft. You will NOT be disappointed!

First timer for Brazilian.i tried the sugar wax method ! Lakysha was the absolute best! She has a great personality. talks you through the steps and doesnt rush you! Lets just say to anyone neverous about it! Go for it! Not bad pain wise for me.i left scheduling my next 4 week appointment! So happy I found this place! And the after results look amazing! Lakysha takes pride in her work and you can tell!

Felicia did an awesome job today on my lash lift and tint! She is so good at explaining what she is doing. Lashes came out great! The salon is so nice and comfortable too. She gave me an informative consultation on microblading and I booked my appointment to have this done. Very excited!
