The entire staff at AAH is amazing with pets and their owners. The care my pets have received for 10+ years is top-notch. We have our regular doctor (Dr. Miller :), and yet when emergencies pop up, we feel 100% comfortable seing any of the doctors on staff. The vet techs and front staff are equally as amazing. My pets are treated like family at AAH.

A couple of days ago our Border Collie, Toki, was bitten by a pit bull at Bradshaw Off leash Dog park. We called Arden Animal Hospital yesterday morning and the whole team was incredibly kind and helpful over the phone — and even squeezed us in for a same-day appointment. From the moment we arrived, the staff was compassionate, and clearly cared about our dog’s well-being and comfort. Dr. Long thoroughly examined the injury, explained everything to us clearly, and made sure our pup was as comfortable as possible. Toki appreciated all the love and is doing so much better. We left feeling so relieved and confident that our dog was in great hands. Truly grateful for their excellent service and care. We will be establishing her care at this clinic. Highly recommend Arden Animal Hospital to anyone looking for a reliable and compassionate vet!

The best vet I have ever visited. We have moved out of the area and we still decide to make the drive over there for our cat’s visits. Everyone I have ever interacted with has been so sweet and caring. They all seem to really enjoy their jobs and it must be a really good place to work because everyone there so happy all the time. I see Dr. Pines for my cat and she is excellent but I’m sure any vet there is excellent. You can get an appointment within 2 weeks of you calling. They are never overbooked and they are pretty good at being on time too!

I had to put our beloved 12-year old Labrador, Jake, down a week ago. Dr Kristin Long and staff were so kind and helpful during this difficult time. I really can't say enough kind things about them. Thank you for everything and the touching sympathy card with Jake's paw prints! That's cool. How you treated us and our family pet was nothing short of wonderful. I feel blessed to have this veterinarian hospital available to us.
