Ray the owner was quick to respond and gave me a quote on the spot. In a few days he and his crew arrived on time and removed a 65 ft fence in the backyard and had 99% of the new fence up by the end of the day. I also had 2 new fence posts installed on a side fence to support weak posts and I liked the way the new posts were tucked in nicely under the original framework giving the repair a clean look. Ray and crew returned promptly the next morning to complete the job by installing the gate on the new fence and cleaning up the area. I really enjoy opening the curtains every morning and seeing the new fence at the back of the yard. Thanks again Ray, you and your crew did a fine job.

Ray and his team are professional, courteous, and true masters of their craft. We had over 250ft of fencing to replace and they completed the job quickly, and our fence looks INCREDIBLE. Worked with Ray on replacing my entire back fence. He did great work, showed up on time and got the work done in the 2 days. 10/10 would recommend!!!! My only complaint is I wish we would have communicated the design of the fence. I would have preferred to have the smooth side of the fence facing me rather than my neighbors. I didn’t want to see the stumps or the beams going across. However, probably more on me for not letting him know. Also, i want to point out that I accidentally over paid and it was Ray who caught it. Rather than keeping it he reached out and refunded the money I overpaid. A true professional.

Ray was awesome during the whole process, even when a cable was marked for direction and depth. Comcast/AT&T only had the cable 8" deep and was suppose to be closer to 18". What a pain but Ray was easy going adjusted his work schedule to come back after it was fixed on the weekend to get the job done. Great pricing, Great service and good craftsmanship of the replaced fence and the brand new fence sections in my front yard. Recommend O&U Fencing to many family and friends as a result of his excellent work.
