The ABSOLUTE BEST!!!! I moved from Nashville and had to find a new salon, and I can honestly say that the attention to detail, customer service, and overall experience at Area (especially with Jazmon Miller) is unmatched. I was nervous to get waxed, but after my first visit with Jazmon, I knew I was not going back to shaving and that Area was my salon. She made me feel relaxed and comfortable in what I thought would be an uncomfortable situation. Things such as cleanliness and professionalism are a given, but Jazmon’s attention to detail and high expectations for herself are what set her and Area apart. I am sad to have moved away, but will definitely return to Area the next time I am in Nashville. I highly recommend Area; you will not regret it!

I scheduled an appointment the night before for 7:20 am, but the next morning I noticed their posted Google hours showed they open at 10 AM. I called five times to confirm they were open, but no one answered. I didn't receive a call back until after my appointment time had passed, and I was still charged. When I finally spoke to someone, I was met with extremely unprofessional behavior—they actually cursed me out. This experience was frustrating, and I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone expecting respectful and reliable customer service

Jaz was so sweet and made me feel so comfortable! Next time I visit Nashville I will be coming back! She took care of me while everyone was closed & she was very thorough and fast. Thank you!😊

Area Nashville checks all of the boxes that are important for me regarding my personal maintenance/hygiene. The facility is clean and inviting, the staff is kind and professional, and the service is thorough and quick! I started at Area Nashville a little over a year ago for my first wax experience. Even with them having a location switch from being 10 minutes from my home to 25+ minutes away (Nashville traffic), I decided to stay true! I have new type of maintenance/upkeep and Area Nashville is a big part of that! I always do a full body wax (armpits, full leg, full butt & Brazilian) and leave feeling brand new! My skin has lightened tremendously in those areas and I went from needing maintenance every 4 weeks to now about every 5! Area Nashville is a great place to put your trust. I 100% recommend!

Delma Torres and Jaz Howard do amazing. Brazilian waxes are done so fast in minutes and they’re super clean with attention to detail. Never had any irritation or issues—Best waxes I’ve ever had. Been going to the salon for over a year now and wouldn’t go anywhere else.
