We brought in Ioannis and his team at Aretsi to cater two office launch events for Crowe UK in Birmingham this October — and they were absolutely brilliant. We didn’t give them much notice, but Ioannis was professional and incredibly helpful from the get-go. He made everything feel easy, even with all the last-minute logistics flying around. His customer service was top-notch — genuinely one of the nicest suppliers we’ve worked with. The food was a massive hit. Everyone who came was raving about it — beautifully presented, full of flavour, and clearly made with care. But what really stood out was how Ioannis went above and beyond. He didn’t just deliver great catering — he made sure every detail was perfect and that we felt totally supported throughout. Honestly, we won’t be using anyone else for events like this.
