I hate writing bad reviews, but I’m here now. I have spent about $100,000 at Arhaus in the last few years. I have always, 100% of the time bought the warranty with the furniture. A little over 3 years ago, I bought the Rowland sectional. My husband and I only winter in Phoenix, so the furniture is used less than 6 mos a year, but my husband does have asthma and will sleep in the recliner a lot because it’s easier for his breathing. Almost immediately, the leather started turning black from the oil on his hair and skin. After coming back to AZ after 6 mos away for the summer, the darkened area was way worse. Then, a couple days later my husband was golfing and was scratched by a cactus, he got blood on the sectional so I decided to file a claim the next day. I explained the new blood and also about the wear that had been happening gradually over time. If I remember correctly, the sectional was around $15,000…to be trashed in no time. It was denied with no explanation…they just said I don’t qualify. I emailed the company and told them I will never buy from them again, which is a bummer because we’re selling our house fully furnished and would have furnished our next home with them again…but will not because they do NOT stand by their merchandise. I’ve been so angry about this, I’ve posted about it at our golf course website for owners and tell everyone looking for furniture. Here are the pictures of our reclining couch that has been used bout 2 years by a family of two. Beware if you buy here!!

Our design consultant Tricia has been wonderful to work with. We purchased our first Arhaus product in 2018 and the quality and comfort has remained the same. Which is why we decided to purchase more items from Arhaus. Tricia has a great design eye but also listens to what we like, budget and timeline. Our experience has been nothing but positive. The scheduling system with Fidelitone has been easy and communication through the process very good. The delivery people are polite, give white glove service, and always asked if we had any questions. Based on our experience, we would recommend Arhaus to friends and family.

I was looking for a high-end furniture store that offers both sophistication and timeless elegance with durability and functionality. I found this with Arhaus at Scottsdale. With a brand like that, you expect nothing less with their white glove delivery and their sales and interior design consultants. Arhaus delivered! My Sales and Interior Design Consultant, Andrew G. is topnotch. Andrew respects and truly understands his clients. His expertise and knowledge is amazing. He showed me the furnitures in the showroom that reflected the style I was looking for. From the design selection to the final delivery, Andrew was there providing his assistance. Andrew, you are so classy and brilliant!❤️👏. I recommend Arhaus and look for Andrew G.😊

I started working with Andrew on a house in CT that I purchased and only saw for about 10 minutes, he was able to help me put together the most amazing collaboration of furniture for my living room, great room and dining room, it works perfectly and looks beautiful! Andrew was helpful, insightful, has a great eye and I highly recommend working with him if you get the chance. I really can’t say enough great things about Andrew and ARHAUS, the quality is terrific, even the delivery was flawless in every way! I look forward to years of living and loving all my pieces from ARHAUS.

If you haven’t shopped at Arhaus and had Gregg Sobek help you, you’re missing out. Gregg is a gem of a salesperson. From the moment I walked in Arhaus Gregg was the only one who greeted me with a big warm smile. His customer service is excellent!! He took his time with me even though there were several other people in the store. He never rushed me and made sure he listened to my needs and desires. He escorted me around the store and made me feel like I was the most important customer in there. Gregg is very knowledgeable of all the Arhaus products and he made sure I was aware of all my options. Even when my items went on sale Gregg was sure to let me know. Because of Gregg, I want to shop at Arhaus more. I will definitely be back. They need more Greggs providing great service. Thank you so much Gregg.
