Great furniture, but the staff in Scottsdale AZ lack in communication. Namely , Yelena. You got 1 /5 stars for disagreeing with me on a phone conversation. My specific directions were not carried out and cost me time and $$. Make sure if you need to make arrangements for shipping your furniture, it is in a message or text . Mine was and the staff still argued with me.

I walked in one day and met Marci T. who has helped me decorate our new home in Scottsdale. She is amazing and a tremendous asset to the store. I have also had the opportunity to meet everyone at this location and they all have been so friendly and helpful. A terrific group to work with but Marci has gone above and beyond, pulling everything together. I don't know what I would have done without her. She worked within my budget and made it all happen within a reasonable time frame. Her personal attention to every detail and communication skills were excellent. I can't tell you how many compliments I have received when people visit our home. I am recommending Marci & the store to everyone I meet!

David was so helpful in choosing our accent chairs for the formal living room. We purchased the perfect set. You can the fabric/leather and wood stain to customize your furniture. Great experience and NOT the most expensive. Good quality furniture
