She truly listened to our tastes and preferences right from the start, taking the time to understand the exact style we were going for without rushing us. Lisa made excellent recommendations that perfectly matched what we wanted—helping us coordinate pieces, colors, and finishes in ways we hadn’t even thought of. Her suggestions felt personalized and spot-on, not just generic upsells. What stood out most was her patience; she let us take our time to figure things out, browse, and decide without any high-pressure sales tactics. It made the whole process enjoyable and stress-free, which is rare these days. It was our first time shopping at Woodbridge. It’s a beautiful store. We came here because we could not find what we wanted at other furniture stores and we left pleasantly surprised by the quality furniture and the customer service. Lori was our salesperson. She was friendly, knowledgeable, honest, was never pushy and gave her personal opinions when we asked. Looking forward to getting our Natuzzi sectional. We will definitely buy more furniture here in the future.

I've been shopping in this furniture store for many years. Great quality and styles. We worked with Heather Joyce in the Glendale store, and you couldn't have a sales person who works any harder than Heather. She was friendly, full of energy and listened to what we were looking for. She's also efficient and follows up on the orders. Always kept us updated and once delivery was made, she checked in to make sure that we were satisfied ! Excellent experience
