New to the area, and looking for a fiduciary to partner up with to help with retirement planning. Making a consultation appointment was easy. But the day of the appointment I received an email saying there was an illness and they would have to reschedule. I get it, things happen. But then I received several emails conflicting with each other causing a lot of confusion to whether or not our meeting was canceled. We ended up rescheduling. I had my free consultation and everything went as expected. They took my information and the plan was they would crunch some numbers and we would follow up in a week or so, to review. We set up the follow-up appointment. Then AGAIN the morning of the meeting I get another email saying they had a family issue and couldn't make the meeting, and somebody would follow up to reschedule, which never happened. Arista can't schedule and attend a meeting, how in the world can I trust them with wealth Management?
